Mr. Horn has been actively engaged in the practice of law as a civil litigator since his graduation from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1982. He started his own firm in April, 1987, and he has been representing clients in most legal aspects of business, commercial, and real estate litigation. Mr. Horn also serves as an arbitrator and a private mediator.
Mr. Horn is admitted to practice law before all court of the State of California, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
Mr. Horn volunteers as a judge pro tem with the Los Angeles Superior Court and he volunteers as a mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court.
